Dedication At Work Safety At Home

Our country UAE launches a series of incentives for employees in various sectors or companies in the application of the distance working, because they want everyone to be safe  šŸ¤—

So the obligations of a remote worker include: the approval of his employer to attend to the workplace whenever requested to do so, perform tasks, be available to answer all calls and emails, maintain the confidentiality of information, documents, and documents, and invest working time remotely in the completion of the required tasks šŸ‘Œ

On the other side:
All private sector firms, whose workers work remotely, must use smart electronic applications and provide IT support systems.

office-based workers must be limited to not more than 30 per cent of any company’s workforce. This rule specifically applies to customer service staff and commits businesses to always maintain social distance and disinfection of equipment and facilities.

We must be part of that and follow health instructions to maintain our health and that of the employees šŸ™
