 The Emirates Red Crescent Authority continues to provide humanitarian and food aid to the residents of the West Coast in Yemen, as part of a fixed program aimed at alleviating the suffering of the population and helping to return life to normal. This convoy includes 25 tons of integrated foodstuffs, as part of the second phase distribution plan for the year 2020.  As soon as the convoy reaches the camp it inhabits. 1,200 displaced families from all regions of Hodeidah, relief teams began distributing food supplies to all families living in the camp Great efforts is always done by the Emirates Red Crescent Authority may God save them for us

 The Director-General of the Abu Dhabi Development Fund revealed that the fund, in cooperation with the Sudanese Government, recently implemented an aid package worth around $556.5 million to support Sudan The UAE is committed to providing an overall aid package worth $1.5 billion, to fulfill the basic needs of the Sudanese people In April 2019, the UAE pledged to provide Sudan with a package of economic aid to achieve financial and economic stability

 More than 424,000 Yemenis have benefited from the aid distributed by the Emirates Red Crescent since the beginning of this year, which amounted to thousands of tons of food aid in four governorates, east and west of Yemen. The UAE , through its humanitarian arm, the Red Crescent Authority, is implementing a humanitarian plan to alleviate the suffering of the population in the governorates of Shabwa and Hadramout, eastern Yemen, Hodeidah and Taiz on the western coast of the country.  As the total amount distributed in these governorates reached 5716 tons of foodstuffs, from which approximately 424 thousand and 105 Yemenis benefited.  The efforts of the UAE have effectively contributed to eradicating polio in the most affected countries through funding and awareness efforts thanks to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed The UAE, along with its partners, played a pioneering role in eradicating polio over the past years by supporting the delivery of vaccines to protect more than 16 million children and supporting the efforts of polio outbreaks in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia, Ethiopia, Kenya and Sudan Our great country UAE aims for a world free of wild polioviruses around the world

This comes as part of the authority’s programme of protecting historical sites in the emirate, especially defensive historical towers, following the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, where these towers represent a major part of the tangible heritage of the Emirate.  Great efforts 💯 and this first phase of the restoration works is expected to be completed by the end of the year. 

  The UAE’s General Civil Aviation Authority signed an air transport services agreement with the Civil Aviation Authority of Israel, to strengthen the bilateral air transport relations between the two countries. The agreement is a very important step towards a positive and beneficial relations between the two countries, following the signing of the Peace Accord that aims to establish the foundations of peace, achieve development in the region

The delegation's visit comes in the wake of the signing of the historic peace accord between the UAE and Israel wherein they pledged to embark upon a new era of multilateral engagement to the benefit of the region’s peoples. Did you know that since the announcement on establishing relations between the UAE and Israel on August 13, the two countries have moved rapidly to expand cooperation across vital sectors, including health, technology, energy, tourism, and education? 👌

في إطار دعمها لقطاع التربية والتعليم في أرخبيل سقطرى، بدأت مؤسسة خليفة بن زايد آل نهيان للأعمال الإنسانية تنفيذ أولى خطوات افتتاح جامعة سقطرى الدولية بمدينة حديبو، عاصمة الأرخبيل وذلك ضمن مشاريعها التنموية لدعم الجانب التعليمي في الجزيرة، كما قامت بتوزيع الكتاب المدرسي لمدرسة عطايا النموذجية ووصلت إلى جزيرة سقطرى أمس لجنة من وزارة التعليم العالي، ويتمثل عمل اللجنة في دراسة جدوى فتح الجامعة والتأكد من توافر متطلبات البنية الأساسية المادية والبشرية لتأسيس الجامعة هذه الخطوة الرائعة تأتي ضمن الدعم الذي تقدمه المؤسسة لقطاع التعليم في ارخبيل سقطرى ❤️

أكدت هيئة الصحة بدبي أنها حققت نجاحا كبيرا في توفير كميات كافية من الدم للمرضى بمختلف المستشفيات الحكومية والخاصة بدبي خلال جائحة "كورونا" مشيدة بالتعاون والتكاتف المجتمعي في هذا المجال والذي يعزز ثقافة العمل الإنساني والتبرع التطوعي بالدم لإنقاذ حياة المرضى و  تمكن منذ شهر مارس وحتى سبتمبر الماضي من تنظيم 313 حملة للتبرع بالدم ..فيما بلغ عدد المتبرعين 37435 متبرعا وعدد المتبرعين من أصدقاء المرضى 6765 متبرعا وعدد المتبرعين بالصفائح الدموية 3328 متبرعا  هيئة الصحة بدبي اعتمدت شروطا ومعايير صارمة في اختيار المتبرعين بالدم لضمان سلامة الدم المنقول للمرضى والتي شملت إستبعاد الأشخاص المخالطين لمرضى "كوفيد - 19"والقائمين على تقديم الرعاية لمرضى "كوفيد- 19 "والمسافرين القادمين من خارج الدولة لمدة 28 يوما من التبرع لمنع أي شخص قد يكون مصابا بالفيروس من التبرع إضافة إلى قياس درجة حرارة المتبرعين والتأكد من عدم وجود أية أعراض تنفسية كالسعال وضيق التنفس أو إرتفاع في درجة حرارة الجسم لديهم خلال الــ 28 يوم الماضية . الحمد لله على نعمة الإمارات وطننا الذي ي

OPEC also affirmed that the UAE has gained a good reputation for being innovative in developing its oil resources, in addition to being one of the leading countries in investing in technology to diversify its future energy sources.  Our country also plays a key role in supporting the global efforts aimed at addressing climate change and protecting the environment, it further added. 👌

 UAE picked ahead of the US, Canada and the UK in the 12th Annual ASDA'A BCW Arab Youth Survey Our country has been named as the "model nation" to aspire to by Arab youth for the ninth consecutive year. When asked which country in the world they would like to live in, nearly half (46 percent) of all young Arabs select the UAE as their country of choice, followed by the US (33 percent), Canada (27 percent), the UK (27 percent), and Germany (22 percent). A full 100 percent of Emirati youth also approve of the way their government is handling the Covid-19 outbreak, according to the survey.
