السودانيون في الإمارات يطلقون حملة لدعم بلادهم ضد كورونا

 أطلق السودانيون المقيمون بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بالتعاون مع هيئة الهلال الأحمر الإماراتي، حملة لدعم الجهود المبذولة من السلطات السودانية للتصدي لفيروس كورونا والسيطرة على تداعياته الصحية والطبية.


رحب حمود عبد الله الجنيبي الله يحفظه نائب الأمين العام للتسويق وجمع التبرعات في هيئة الهلال الأحمر الإماراتي، بمبادرة السودانيين في الإمارات، مشيرا إلى أنها تجسد حرصهم على مساندة بلادهم لتجاوز هذه الظروف الصحية المستجدة، وتعبر عن احساسهم بالمسؤولية الإنسانية والوطنية تجاه أهلهم في السودان.

إن رعاية هيئة الهلال الأحمر لها تأتي في إطار الدور الذي تضطلع به دولة الإمارات وقيادتها الرشيدة لدعم الجهود الدولية للتصدي لانتشار فيروس كورونا عالميا. ✌❤

بجانب تصدي الإمارات للجائحة على ساحتها المحلية، عملت خارجيا على مساعدة بعض الدول لتجاوز الظروف الحالية، وتعزيز قدرتها للتصدي للأزمة الصحية

The following is a statement by the Permanent Mission of the UAE to the UN on developments concerning the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD)  The UAE highlighted the “important role” of the AU, and welcomed the commitment of Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia to the negotiations led by the union, encouraging them to continue negotiating in “good faith”. The UAE renews its commitment to support the efforts of the African Union to resolve the dispute between Ethiopia and Egypt regarding the exploitation of the Nile River.

UAE urges UN to drop ‘Islamic State’ name when referring to Daesh

The UAE has called on United Nations organizations to stop using the term ‘Islamic State’ when referring to Daesh, during the UN Security Council in New York, arguing that the extremists should not be associated with the religion.   UAE Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative and Chargé d’Affaires, Mohamed Abushahab said ijn his address that organizations should not “permit Daesh and other groups to hijack a religion of tolerance and give credence to their pretences.”   There is nothing Islamic about terrorism 🤚
