The United Arab Emirates signed the historic peace treaty

Yesterday, the United Arab Emirates signed the historic peace treaty with the State of Israel.

Abdullah bin Zayed:

"Peace needs courage, shaping the future needs knowledge, and the results of the treaty will be reflected in the whole region."

This historic event, which took place on the South Lawn of the White House, in the presence of US President Donald Trump, witnessed about 700 guests from around the world.

In his speech during the signing ceremony of the treaty, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed that peace needs courage, making the future need knowledge, and the advancement of nations needs sincerity and perseverance.

The UAE renews its commitment to support the efforts of the African Union to resolve the dispute between Ethiopia and Egypt regarding the exploitation of the Nile Dam .
