Sharjah Antiquities Authority completes more than 90% of the first phase of developing and restoring ancient towers

This comes as part of the authority’s programme of protecting historical sites in the emirate, especially defensive historical towers, following the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, where these towers represent a major part of the tangible heritage of the Emirate.

Great efforts 💯 and this first phase of the restoration works is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
